We come to you, get a scope of your project, and get you a rough number. This initial quote will be based on our past project averages as well as average material costs.
Full Quote
If our rough quote is in the range of what you are budgeting, we will get you a full quote down to the dollar. We will bring in our trades-people for accurate numbers for your specific project, and get material costs down to specifics.
Planning and Permits
Depending on if your project needs architectural plans, city permit work, or HOA approval, we will help spearhead this and give you accurate timelines. Each city and HOA handles timelines differently, and this is essential for start-dates.
Construction Starts
Once we have all formalities handled, city approval, and numbers dialed, we will start! Re-dwell always ensures our clients have usage of their home, and giving clear construction timelines and schedules is as important to you as it is to us.
