Really, really big Legos...Just like building lego houses with my boys when they were 5 & 7.... only we did not need a crane. Trusses set and ready for 1st floor cap & frame at 296 Vincent Ave N!

An extra course of blockThe one has an extra course of block on the foundation walls for extra high ceilings in the basement. Bracing in place and waterproofing done - All set for inspection!

Block work at 296 VincentHere is our block crew at 296 Vincent kicking it in high gear! This engineered foundation has more steel rebar than the Queen Mary. All of our projects are reviewed by an indepandant structual enginnering firm and stamped before they go to permit.

With the amount of projects coming up, we have had to go on the hunt to increase our crews! Good framers are in super high demand right now, and since we only work with the best the vetting process takes some time. I am hppy to say we have two more crews that will be on board soon to...


New construction home in Bryn Mawr

Our next project: New Single family house in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of Minneapolis! Due to soil conditions we are using a helical pier foundation system. Very cool pixs coming soon . . . .
